Shopping for a 2026 Toyota RAV4 in Canada means choosing among 11 configurations: seven hybrid grades and four plug-in hybrid grades. 2026 Toyota RAV4 prices run from $37,500 to $59,350 MSRP, and every version comes with all-wheel drive, so the real decisions come down to budget, features and whether you want to plug in.

Below are Toyota Canada's official MSRPs, its estimated vehicle prices, and what each step up actually gets you.

How to read RAV4 pricing

Toyota Canada publishes two numbers for every grade. The MSRP is the manufacturer's suggested retail price. The estimated vehicle price adds freight and PDI, the air-conditioning charge, and maximum dealer and other fees. It does not include taxes, licence, insurance or registration. For the 2026 RAV4, the gap between the two works out to $3,658 on every grade, so you can budget from either number.

Dealers may sell for less, and provincial EV or PHEV incentives, where they exist, are separate.

2026 RAV4 hybrid prices

Grade MSRP Estimated vehicle price
LE AWD $37,500 $41,158
XLE AWD $41,300 $44,958
XLE Premium AWD $43,800 $47,458

XSE AWD $50,900 $54,558
Limited AWD $52,000 $55,658
XSE Technology Package AWD $52,450 $56,108

Every hybrid uses the same fifth-generation Toyota Hybrid System with a 2.5L four-cylinder and 236 net system horsepower.

LE: $37,500

The LE is far from bare. It includes a 10.5-inch touchscreen, a 12.3-inch digital cluster, Toyota Safety Sense 4.0, Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross Traffic Alert, heated front seats, two-zone automatic climate control with rear ducts, LED headlights, 17-inch alloy wheels, fabric upholstery and 60/40 split fold-flat rear seats. A built-in Drive Recorder is standard. Colour choices are Storm Cloud, Brown Sugar Metallic, White and Midnight Black Metallic.

XLE: $41,300

For $3,800 more, the XLE adds a power driver's seat, a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, a power back door, five USB-C ports, rain-sensing wipers, Parking Support Brake with Intelligent Clearance Sonar, 18-inch alloys, SofTex upholstery, a wireless charger and Digital Key. For many families, this is the sweet spot.

XLE Premium: $43,800

This adds LED fog lamps, a panoramic moonroof, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror with garage door opener, a cargo net and door sill protectors. Wind Chill Pearl joins the colour palette.

Woodland: $47,000

The adventure grade brings 18-inch black wheels on all-terrain tires, unique bumpers, grille, skid plate and over-fenders, Rigid Industries LED fog lamps, a power tilting and sliding moonroof, a 120V/1500W cargo outlet, a tow hitch, Side IP storage, and Woodland-specific all-weather mats and cargo tray. It is offered in 10 colour combinations, including exclusive Urban Rock and Everest. Keep in mind that the all-terrain setup costs some efficiency: NRCan rates it at 6.2 L/100 km combined, versus 5.5 for the LE.

XSE: $50,900

The sporty XSE wears its own fascia and over-fenders, 20-inch black alloys and vertical LED accent lights, with two-tone black-roof options. Inside are heated and ventilated front seats with driver memory, a 12.9-inch screen, nine-speaker JBL audio and the Panoramic View Monitor.

Limited: $52,000

The Limited is the comfort flagship: 12.9-inch screen, JBL audio, heated and ventilated power front seats with memory, heated rear seats, a panoramic roof, a head-up display, a digital rear-view mirror, dual wireless chargers, a kick-sensor power back door, shift-by-wire with paddle shifters, Advanced Park, Traffic Jam Assist (requires Drive Connect), Front Cross Traffic Alert with Braking and Lane Change Assist.

XSE Technology Package: $52,450

This takes the XSE and adds shift-by-wire, a panoramic roof, Advanced Park, Traffic Jam Assist, Front Cross Traffic Alert with Braking, Lane Change Assist, a digital rear-view mirror and a kick-sensor back door. It is the most expensive hybrid by $450.

Which RAV4 is the best value?

  • Tightest budget: the LE at $37,500 gives you the full safety suite, the big screens and AWD.
  • Best all-rounder: the XLE, for its power seat, heated wheel, power tailgate and wireless charging.
  • Hybrid or plug-in at the top end? A loaded hybrid Limited costs $52,000. For $48,750 you can have a plug-in SE with 324 hp and, per NRCan, up to 89 km of electric range, though you give up luxury features to get there.
  • Fast charging matters to you: only the plug-in XSE Technology Package offers DC fast charging.
