2026 Toyota 4Runner prices span a $30,000 range in Canada, from a seven-passenger SR5 to a fully kitted overland Trailhunter. With nine grades and two powertrains, it can be hard to see where the value sits. This guide lists every official MSRP from Toyota Canada and explains what each jump in price buys you.

The gas grades
SR5: $55,270
The SR5 is the entry point and, unusually, one of only two 4Runners with a third row. It seats seven and uses on-demand 4WD. Standard features include an 8-inch touchscreen, a 7-inch multi-information display, 17-inch alloy wheels, heated front seats, fabric upholstery, Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross Traffic Alert. It comes in Ice Cap, Underground or Black. If you need seven seats on a budget, this is the 4Runner to look at.
TRD Sport: $60,072
For $4,802 more, the TRD Sport drops to two rows and five seats but adds a sport-tuned suspension, 20-inch wheels, a hood scoop, a moonroof and a 12.3-inch digital cluster. In Underground paint, it gets Anodized Blue interior trim. It is the on-road-focused 4Runner.
TRD Off Road Premium: $65,212
This is the grade most enthusiasts gravitate to. It adds a 14-inch touchscreen, Bilstein shocks, a locking rear differential, Crawl Control, Downhill Assist Control, Multi-Terrain Select and Monitor, 18-inch off-road wheels with a full-size spare, underbody protection, heated and ventilated front seats with memory, SofTex upholstery and JBL audio with the removable Flex speaker. New for 2026, it also gets a standard trailer brake controller and a digital rear-view mirror.
Limited: $69,394
The Limited is the luxury gas model, and the only other three-row 4Runner. It brings adaptive variable suspension, 20-inch wheels, leather, heated and ventilated front seats with memory, a kick-activated power back door, Panoramic View Monitor, a moonroof, a wireless charger, a 14-inch touchscreen, a 12.3-inch cluster and JBL audio. Heritage Blue with a Portobello interior is one of the available combinations.

The i-FORCE MAX hybrid grades
All five hybrid grades get the 326-hp, 465 lb-ft i-FORCE MAX powertrain.
TRD Off Road Premium i-FORCE MAX: $68,857
Choosing the hybrid version of the TRD Off Road Premium costs $3,645 more than the gas version. Along with the extra power and torque, it adds four auxiliary switches for accessories and a 2,400 W AC outlet. This is the most affordable way into the hybrid 4Runner.
Platinum: $73,664 to $74,779
The Platinum uses full-time 4WD and is the most luxurious 4Runner. It comes with 20-inch black wheels, adaptive suspension, semi-aniline leather with a Dark Navy interior, heated second-row seats, a head-up display, a 2,400 W outlet and Trailer Backup Guide with Straight Path Assist. Toyota offers it two ways: with power running boards at $74,779, or with fixed running boards at $73,664, a saving of $1,115.
TRD Pro: $81,588
The TRD Pro builds on the off-road theme with FOX three-setting shocks, a front stabilizer disconnect, an aluminum front skid plate, a TRD air intake and cat-back exhaust, a heritage-style grille with an integrated LED light bar, Rigid fog lamps, and 265/70R18 Toyo Open Country A/T tires on 18-inch wheels. Wave Maker is a new colour for 2026, and a Cockpit Red interior is available.
Trailhunter: $85,304
The priciest 4Runner is built for overlanding: Old Man Emu shocks, a high-mount air intake, rock rails, a roof rack, steel skid plates, an onboard air compressor, dual-colour Rigid fog lamps and Toyo A/T tires. Colours are Ice Cap or Everest, both with a Mineral interior.
Where the value is
- Seven seats for the least money: the SR5 at $55,270. The only other three-row 4Runner is the Limited, at $14,124 more.
- Best all-round off-roader: the gas TRD Off Road Premium at $65,212. The 2026 addition of a standard trailer brake controller and digital mirror makes it an even stronger buy.
- Best entry to the hybrid: the i-FORCE MAX TRD Off Road Premium at $68,857, which brings 48 more horsepower, 148 more lb-ft of torque and better fuel economy for $3,645.
- Luxury on a slightly smaller budget: the Platinum with fixed running boards saves $1,115 if you can live without power-deploying running boards.
- TRD Pro or Trailhunter? The TRD Pro is $3,716 cheaper and puts its money into suspension hardware such as the FOX shocks and stabilizer disconnect. The Trailhunter's compressor, roof rack and rock rails cater to people who would otherwise spend thousands on aftermarket gear.

What to keep in mind
Toyota Canada's MSRPs are suggested prices; dealer pricing and availability will vary across the country. Because features such as the trailer brake controller now come standard on some grades, compare full equipment lists, not just stickers, when weighing a lower grade plus accessories against a higher one.
