On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the electronic parking pawl (EPP) to be released on its own. VinFast will notify owners by email and advise you to take your vehicle to a VinFast authorized service center to update the vehicle software. The service center will also inspect and repair or replace the EPB wiring harness, as necessary.
